North Augusta High School
Media Club
What’s a Media Club??

What’s media? Any way that information is communicated—books, videos, maps, computers, scrapbooks, web sites—and the Media Club at NAHS deals in these and more.

We’re based in the Library Media Center, or just the Library, if you will, and our services to students, our faculty, and the community reach out from there.

We help alumni keep in contact through their web page on the school’s web site.

We are now in charge of the school scrapbook and collect articles all year long from newspapers and other sources that are used to compile a history of the school year. (We are still working on last year’s, too, and could use your help.)

We plan to have some book discussions (similar to Oprah’s) beginning in the spring, so look for our flyers and listen for announcements if you think you might be interested.

We usually meet on the 3rd Thursday of the month from 3:30-4:00 in the Library.

We always sponsor a Christmas child with the Teacher Cadets.

But, what we really need is YOU. If you’ve ever worked in the library,…..or like scrapbooking,…..or like to talk about books you’ve read,…..or are interested in helping maintain the school web page…..or thought you might like to work in the library if you only had the time, then you’re invited to join us…

…Join the Media Club.
